If you ask Wagner about his personal achievements he will tell you that–whether it was producing a television show or developing a community youth centre–these were never the real achievements for him. They were simply playgrounds created to facilitate the intended goals. Wagner's projects were developed, first and foremost, to address the social needs in the local community through collective passion and commitment of his team–bringing people closer toward a forward-thinking solution.
